Hibernia Bar has set its game-day schedule for the rest of the Pittsburgh Steelers regular season, opening at least 30 minutes before every kickoff. The plan covers the 11 regular-season games still to be played, starting with a 9:30 a.m. Eastern kickoff on Sunday, Oct. 25, and running into January.
The remaining games fall into six different kickoff windows. The Oct. 25 game against the New Orleans Saints is the NFL’s first regular-season game in France, and the league confirmed Oct. 18 that it will be played as scheduled. Three later games are set for 1 p.m. Eastern, a Nov. 22 road game kicks off at 4:25 p.m., and the Nov. 27 home game against the Denver Broncos falls on the Friday after Thanksgiving at 3 p.m.
Three games are in prime time, with Sunday night kickoffs on Nov. 15 and Dec. 6 and a Monday night game on Dec. 14. Dates and times for Weeks 16 and 18 have not yet been set by the league, and flexible scheduling may move other kickoffs. The pub will post its hours for each game on its website and social media channels once times are final.
“The schedule runs from a Sunday morning to a Friday afternoon to a Monday night, so staffing is being built around each kickoff rather than a weekend routine. Every game gets the full room and the kitchen,” said Aidan Fogarty, co-owner of Hibernia Bar.
On Steelers game days, the pub dedicates its six high-definition televisions and a projection screen to the broadcast, with the audio carried through the main room. Staff do not change the channel during a Steelers game, a standing policy published on the pub’s website. Weather permitting, two additional large televisions are set up outside. The kitchen serves a full pub food menu during broadcasts.
Hibernia Bar opened in 2008, when four friends who had worked together at bars that closed after their city block was sold went looking for a room of their own. The pub has since become a regular gathering point for Steelers supporters, alongside followers of Gaelic Athletic Association matches, soccer and Major League Baseball. It also hosts private gatherings, including birthdays, engagements and watch parties.
“Out-of-market supporters plan around the schedule, and this season asks them to do that on short notice more than once. Setting the hours now gives fans one place to check before each game,” said Fogarty.
The Steelers won the AFC North in 2025, according to SteelersNOW. The club’s 2026 schedule, released in May, includes six games against teams that reached the 2025 postseason, five of which are still to be played.
