Tactical Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: TREO) (“Tactical” or the “Company”), a U.S.-focused rare earth elements company, today announced that Chief Executive Officer Ranjeet Sundher will ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, marking the Company’s recent debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Tactical is advancing the Peak Project, a rare earth elements project located within the active Sierra Blanca Quarry in Hudspeth County, Texas. “Ringing the Nasdaq Closing Bell is a proud moment for everyone who has been part of this journey,” said Ranjeet Sundher, Chief Executive Officer of Tactical Resources. “America needs its own rare earth supply, and we are building it in West Texas.
